Do I have to charge for membership?
No. Payments are entirely optional and completely invisible until you connect Stripe. A free members area works exactly as it always has, and you would not be able to tell payments were ever added.
Do you take a cut?
No. The money goes into your own Stripe account. We add no fee of any kind and never hold or touch it. Stripe's own processing fee is between you and Stripe.
Do card details touch my website?
Never. Members pay on Stripe's own checkout page, so no card number is entered on your site or stored in your database.
What happens if a member's card fails?
Nothing to their access. It is flagged, they get an email with a link to update the card, and Stripe keeps retrying. Access ends only if the subscription is genuinely cancelled.
Can members cancel by themselves?
Yes, on their own Stripe billing page, which is linked from their receipt and from the card failed email. They can update a card and read invoices there too.
I already run ResultsAiX Funnels. Do I connect Stripe twice?
No. Both plugins share one connection and one webhook endpoint on the same site. Connect it in either one and the other is connected too, while each keeps its own orders.
Are my members locked into this plugin?
No. Members are ordinary WordPress users. Deactivating the plugin leaves every account intact, and deleting it keeps your data unless you explicitly ask it not to.
What happens if my licence lapses?
Your content stays protected, members keep their access, non members stay locked out, and registration, login and checkout all keep working. Only the admin screens lock.
Will my members have to log in again after migrating?
No. They are already WordPress users, so every password keeps working and nobody notices the switch. Original join dates come across, so drip schedules stay correct.
Can I sell a one off membership rather than a subscription?
Yes. Set how often to one off payment. Combine it with the level's expires after N days if you want it to run out.
Does it work on nginx?
Everything except whole folder protection, which relies on .htaccess. Use the file library and the raxm_file shortcode for downloads there. Diagnostics tells you which server you are on.
How many levels can I have?
As many as you like. There is no limit.
Can I sell through JVZoo or Warrior Plus instead of Stripe?
Yes, and you do not need Stripe at all to do it. JVZoo, Warrior Plus, ClickBank and PayPal are all supported. Paste the marketplace's key on the Integrations tab, copy your notification URL into the product there, and map the product to the levels a buyer receives. Sales, rebills, refunds and cancellations all arrive on their own.
How do I make a bundle?
A level action. When a member is added to your bundle level, add them to each of the parts. The same one sentence rule also handles trials that end and upgrades that move somebody between levels.
Do I need my own AI key for the AI Helper?
Only if no other ResultsAiX plugin on the site already has one. If ResultsAiX Mailer or the ResultsAiX Theme is holding a key, the helper uses it and tells you so. Claude, OpenAI and Gemini are all supported.
Can members see everything they have access to in one place?
Yes. Put the raxm_profile shortcode on a page and every member gets their own page: what they hold, everything it unlocks with links, their downloads, what they were last reading, and what else is available to them. Money never appears on it.
Does joining put a member on my mailing list automatically?
Yes, if ResultsAiX Mailer is active on the same site. It is detected automatically, with nothing to connect. New members are added to a list and tagged by level, and a real join counts as a real opt in, so your welcome sequence runs.
